Terms of Service

Everything on the site is an invitation for you to place an order, not a binding offer from us. Your order is accepted once we’ve taken payment and confirmed it — normally by email. If we can’t fulfil it, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

We keep a small number of each piece. If something turns out to be unavailable, we’ll offer you an alternative, a wait, or your money back. Your choice.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is quoted separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment goes through Paystack and Flutterwave. Your card details go to them, not to us. If a price is obviously wrong — a gown listed at ₦100 — we’ll contact you before charging you, and we’re not obliged to honour it.

We deliver through GIG Logistics. Times quoted at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — we can’t control couriers, weather or traffic, and won’t pretend otherwise.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right. Full details on our Shipping page.

Many Zowis pieces are cut to order. Pieces adjusted to your personal measurements can’t be returned or exchanged, because they can’t be resold — so check your measurements carefully, and talk to us first if you’re unsure. We’d much rather answer a question than remake a gown.

This doesn’t affect your rights if a piece is faulty or isn’t what you ordered.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Our Returns page has the full process and forms part of these terms.

Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

You can close your account whenever you like by emailing hello@wearzowis.com. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or abusively, and we’ll tell you why if we do.

If you write a review, keep it honest and civil. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, or that isn’t yours to post.

We moderate reviews before publishing and may decline or remove one that breaks the above. We publish your first name and last initial with it. By posting, you give us permission to display and share your review in connection with the piece you reviewed.

The Zowis name, logo, photography, designs and site content belong to us. Enjoy them, share them, link to us — but don’t copy or use them commercially without asking.

Our size recommendations are a considered suggestion based on what you tell us, not a guarantee of fit. If a recommended size doesn’t work out, our normal returns terms apply. When in doubt, message us — a person will help.

We stand behind what we sell. If we get something wrong, we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.

What we can’t accept responsibility for is indirect loss — an event you missed, an opportunity that passed — beyond the value of your order. We don’t limit liability for anything the law says we can’t, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Talk to us first. Genuinely — email hello@wearzowis.com or message us on WhatsApp, and most things get sorted in a day. If we truly can’t resolve it, these terms are governed by Nigerian law and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
