Prepared with care, then on its way
As soon as your order is ready, we dispatch it and share the details so you know exactly when to expect it.
When your order ships
If a piece is ready to ship, it leaves us in 1 to 2 working days. If it is made to order, we cut and finish yours first, and then it goes out the same way. Every product page tells you which one you are looking at, and your confirmation email repeats the window for your order.
Delivery across Nigeria
We deliver nationwide with GIG Logistics and Fez Delivery — home delivery to your door, or pickup from a service centre or parcel locker near you. Your exact fee is quoted live at checkout from your address.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, and we’ll keep you posted on WhatsApp. A tracking number follows once your gown is on its way, so you can follow every step on our tracking page.
